I'm trying to cap daily calories at 1900. I'd like to have a 3500 calories weekly deficit, but I might need to start slower. It would also help if I exercise more. Tomorrow I'm planning for a zigzag of higher calories. it really helps keep my metabolism from becoming complacent and helps my mindset. I'm incorporating more fruits and veggies.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
