I think the slower you loose the weight, the easier it is to keep it off. I had a piece of chocolate cake yesterday, i’m having a burger night tonight. I don’t deprive myself of the good stuff anymore. I actually have a good relationship with food now, and hence I don’t over indulge.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
