Well today marked the 50lbs mark! Small celebration with a protien smoothie this morning! Journey continues to get to the finish line. Played some golf Friday. first time I felt weak. Time to start the gym workouts!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
