My refection of this past week:
Lots of Prayer
Watched my mindset
I wasn’t as intentional with my 3 x a week 30 to 60 min exercise. I didn’t hike at the park as much as I did the week before. I hope the weather is good and I can do that more this week. However, I made it to the gym some. I’ll do better this week.

Food planning- This week was too hectic and I didn’t have a good margin. Food planning goes well when I make it to F.T. to get good produce and keep good fruits and vegetables handy. There was even one crazy morning when I forgot my lunch…
I did okay journaling my food. Although there were a few things I had trouble figuring out how to count, but that was because of the recipe, packaging or not weighing it correctly.

From last week:
What should my healthy weight goal be?
According to all the charts and info I’ve read this week, I’m thinking my weight goal probably needs to be under 128. I don’t have to decide now. I’ve decided to just focus on my first goal.

How do you schedule your exercise? Do you go early in the morning or after work?
214.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
