Even going to the NA convention I lost a pound. back to normal routine today. exercised this morning, a nice curry for lunch to get my fiber back up. I'll take in a meeting tonight. Then get my night exercise routine in. Still on target for reaching the final goal by the end of August.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
