timbangan di awal april..pas uda nimbang eh lupa td pagi uda sarapan,untung berkurang 0,2kg..ukuran tubuh minggu ini lingkar perut & betis yg (-) 1cm.lingkar dada,lengan,pinggul (+) 1cm.bagian lain tetap sama..baguss bertambah terus yaa aset"ku jangan berkurang lg💪💪

@ababilflora: awalnya diet jd penganut cardio,HIIT + defkal selama 6 bln turun hampir 10 kg..sisanya mulai kenal angkat beban,yoga,pilates.turun bb dikit" bertahap setahun cuma 7-8kg..skrg uda di maintance krn kata org" sekitarku uda kurus jangan dikurusin lg nanti kaya tiang listrik 🤣🤣
