Finally broke 250 woohoo! Going to have a cup of espresso and then I'm off to go exercise for the morning. My goal this week is to continue exercising in the AM and work on getting better sleep. Have a convention this weekend I am attending and I intend to still eat less than 1500 cal/day. This will be a good week.
248.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
