Perlahan tp pasti ya. minggu kmren olahraga cuma 2x seminggu biasa 4-5 kali seminggu krna yg super sibuk sm tugas kuliah yg allahuakbar😅.
169.3 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
