I added 12 hours of intermittent dry fasting to my routine after 6:00 pm. Following a low Carb nutritarian diet. The fast triggered a nice drop at day one.
266.8 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 110.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
