BS 146 Went on a cruise 🛳 😎 for the last 3 days. Didn't gain an ounce!!!! Now I have to concentrate on my weight loss again. I want to break the 80's and get into the 70's. My goal is size 12.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
