The old scale died so the new scale means a new base value. Got a lot more weight-based exercise over the last two days. My muscles are a little sore but it feels good. Going to start using the on-premise fitness center once I settle in.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
