Despite the stress of the divorce I continue to lose weight, improve stamina and muscle tone, and have lost another pant size ( I can now fit into 44's )

I did allow myself a little cheat because I had friends celebrating a milestone in their lives, about 1" square of lovely dense chocolate cake. Being strict but not obsessively strict is vital to preventing my relationship with food from becoming adversarial and entering into a mentally unhealthy space.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
