I started splitting my workouts, yesterday was my first repeat on my arms and shoulders, I was stronger in every exercise by a far margin. Today was chest and upper/middle back, and once again, stronger by a far margin in every exercise. I measured my arms this morning, I'm up nearly 0.5" in them from two days ago. My forearms are bigger and more developed, and my shoulder caps are starting to round up some. So, after two days of burning fat, I may have slid into a stout state of building up muscle again. I never thought, ever, that I would be able to add muscle like this.

In short, I'm fine with weight gain, when it's muscle and not fat.
350.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 150.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
