Major life stress event in 2 days... I will not stress eat, I will face my feelings and move through them. My relationship with food is changing and I will support that change. The one major positive for which I can be grateful is I will be at a retreat this weekend with lots of people that support me in multiple life journeys.
270.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
