I’m not sure what happened but I’ll take it for my anniversary weigh in. I haven’t been able to exercise for two months because of a back injury so I really hope I’m not losing muscle mass. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
149.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
