I know this is such a small drop, but I'm unbelievably happy about it. I've been struggling so much with my weight and seeing it drop a bit after my first week back to committing feels so validating.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1685 kcal Fat: 74.43g | Prot: 51.21g | Carb: 211.30g.   Breakfast: Salmon Sandwich (Basic). Dinner: Kimberly's Bakeshoppe Frosted Sugar Cookies, Roman Shepherd's Pie. Snacks/Other: Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel) , Salmon Sandwich (Basic), Orville Redenbacher's Avocado Oil Popcorn, Nerds Sour Big Chewy Nerds. more...
