First time weighing myself since I started the diet on January 13th.
215.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1148 kcal Fat: 48.54g | Prot: 38.13g | Carb: 135.23g.   Breakfast: Great Value Saltine Crackers, Trader Joe's Heavenly Villagio Marzano Tomatoes, Pepsi Pepsi Zero Sugar. Lunch: Mountain Dew Mountain Dew (12 oz). Dinner: Sweet Pickle Relish , French's Classic Yellow Mustard, Heinz Ketchup Packet , Great Value Hot Dog Buns, Johnsonville Original Bratwurst. Snacks/Other: Great Value Saltine Crackers. more...

I had to weigh myself 3 times before I could accept that it was accurate. I could tell I'd lost weight but I didn't think I'd lost anywhere near that much. That's actually too fast to be healthy. So I'm glad that I had a meltdown and decided that the diet I was following was too extreme and switched to one less restrictive on carbs and fats. I don't want to get sick.
