Woke up feeling great, I have a nice sunny disposition today. Probably a smidge of mania creeping in, but at this point, I'll take it. Got in some extra exercise, in the form of dance, yesterday going to try for extra today as well. May be ready to bump up my baseline to 45 min/day (3 x 15 min). Finding neo-nordic music gets my body moving and I can keep it up for a surprisingly long time.
