Mencoba makan di bawah 1000 kalori. Alhasil turun sekilo, mungkin ini hanya massa air yg turun. tp setidaknya berubahnya angka membuatku semakin semangat. kejar BB ideal.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kebetulan saya minum sehari 3 liter. Apa karena kenyang kena minum yaa🤭 biasanya sehari 1300 kalori
