Starting over again. I am the heaviest I have ever been. The weight is probably a little lower as I was dressed and heading out the door but I can’t do this anymore. Will be adding Alli to the mix if I can tolerate it starting Wednesday or Thursday.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
