Surprised to see this number on the scale, in a good way. Things that have helped--wine instead of beer, water all the time, smaller portions. I hope that I can keep this up. I'd like to lose another 5 pounds by October. Let's see if I can.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
