BS 107 10297 steps We walked to to 2nd light which is wonderful! Next week the beach. Did good today but need something sweet tomorrow. In 10 days Stacy is coming with Matt!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
