I came back after 2 knee surgeries(not at once), tore/separated abdominal muscle, back lumbar pain, sciatica, and the home-Covid Era. Did 6 weeks of PT and water walking. It's much better now. Doing water walking g, water Zumba, Chair Yoga, and Silver Snikers. At least one activity a day for an hour. I feel that at my age, I breathe and gane 5 lb. I am trying to eat healthy and lose more pounds. Thanks for the support!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
