Week 11 starts. last week was aong work week amd several (4) holiday events. did relatively fair with my decisions. Probably could have avoided all desserts. treadmill was hit or miss do to schedule but I did acheive 11k steps 5 out of the 7 days.
New week new Focus. will be doing some interval training to switch it up. Shoulder medicaly cleated for weights. Will be looking at how to add that.
