Finally back on the keto bandwagon, why did I ever go off it when it suits me. I have been keto since 2011 & I love this way of eating but I have been lazy for the last 6 months. My arthritis is raging and keto kept it under control. I am back to tracking & making everything so hopefully I will lose some of the weight I have put on. Accountability, accountability is now my buzzword. Hope you all have a great week.
