The headache, body aches and inflammation tells me this is shark week gain and not a true reflection of the work I've been putting in. Proud that I remained consistent even this AM, normally the days leading up to the big P means I am exhausted all the time. I still am but I pushed through. I'm coming for that hot mom bod!
