I indulged all summer, especially on our 3 wk. road trip, and came back at 180 when I weighed at the wrong time! I've never weighed that much. Luckily, some of it must have been water or something, b/c it didn't take me long to get to my set point (170) by just being a little careful even though I wasn't really following a diet. Now I need to get serious about trying to get my set point at 140 instead!
