2 minggu ga nimbang naik 1kg..sebulan ga ngukur lingkar badan,ternyata lingkar perut & pinggang mengecil 5cm..
135.6 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
