I am still below my set goal which I consider to be the uppermost limit of what I want to weigh. I started back on induction Monday and it is working out just fine. last night after bowling I overcame the urge to stop at Sonic and get an ice cream cone. That was a non scale victory for me, I told myself, "Why spoil what I have worked so hard for?" This morning I woke up and made myself a mim, which is very filling. I plan to have a 3 egg omelet with sausage and cheese for lunch and a baked chicken breast for supper. I haven't figured out the veggies yet, but I will probably have turnips and green beans.
