finally lost down to 181.8.... my lowest weight in the past few months as I had been fluctuating....I pray this is the start of my loss!!!!!!!!!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
