I seem to be fluctuating in this range. Hopefully I can get below 150 in the near future. I'm staying within my calories of 1200 or below, and getting my exercise in. Wish me luck to break through this plateau.

In all honestly, I don't deny myself of any cravings, and I think that in itself keeps me on track. Everything in moderation. If I give in to a craving, I just control the quantity. If I want a donut, I'll eat the donut. I won't have 2 donuts, and I'm mindful off what else I eat that day to ensure I stay as close to my calorie goal as possible. I'm a huge fan of making different types of protein balls for snacks, and also am sure to get my daily workout in. I use the BURN by Rebecca Louise app. She is amazing, and is literally the only fitness trainer that has motivated and inspired me. I love that she talks constantly through all of her workouts and motivates me to keep going. It is a distraction and you kind of forget you're working out because you're focused on listening to her. I highly recommend her workouts, and her app. There are many recipes in the app as well. 😊
