I am doing a 30 days challenge with ISAGENIX whilst hubby is doing a 30 days boat delivery . So far so good ! Feeling motivated. All my blood test was way to bad after covid and reaction to the jabs. Shingles 5 times and nerve pain in my bursa R leg , prevented me from walking much due to severe pain . All almost healed up with lots of rest and anti inflammatory medication. Gut all to hell !! So, what I am doing is a reset , with one day a week cleansing ( the best ) , back in the gym and getting fitter and stronger . Feeling good 😍

Lillian4 so good to hear! It’s only 11 calories and good for the gut. I am going to be relying on it heavily this week as we have a trip to Brisbane this week and hubby has booked a restaurant every night, so if this way of eating is going to be second nature I have to learn to manage it. So I am having bone broth after the fasting period and then dinner. Not perfect but let’s see how it goes. Many people make their own broth, I find it easier to buy the nutra organics in powder form very easy to just add water and can take it travelling and so many flavours. I did notice on the fat secret list that you probably have the Isagenix one.
