So week 1 is done, good result and back below 15st for the first time in a long time.
207.9 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you devon dumplin, it feels great to be back in control. I have been trying for ages before I was on holiday to get below the 15st zone, but would it shift? nope.
