Trying this again. It’s incredibly difficult to do, especially while on high dose corticosteroids for the rest of my life due to chronic primary adrenal insufficiency; (Addison’s disease). I’ve also got MS and GBS. I once lost 170lbs in 2018-2019 in the same conditions, but completely bedridden unable to walk due to partial paralysis. Once I lost weight I went back to the “SAD” diet. Bad habits, corticosteroids and severe insulin resistance naturally led me to gain a lot of weight back over a period of a few years. I lost weight once and I’m determined to do it again but even more. Now I know how to maintain it. If anyone out there supports me, thanks you. I wish you all the best in your goals. Best regards
