Continuamos!!!!!

200.4 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb. Still to go: 79.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Importante conhecer o caminho de volta, e retornar o mais rapido possível, estou na mesma, cheguei a 85 e voltei para 91!
