The last 3 weeks have been a stressful nightmare and my eating habits/weight reflect that. But today we are back on track with exercise and eating right....eliminating ice cream (as of tomorrow)and adding walking into my daily routine. We will try this for 30 days and see what difference it makes. I am at challenge with my sister for this month, and hopefully the added incentive will help!
