Hit a high weight of 175 lbs about a month ago. From Mid-April through the end of July ate mostly fast food. Lots of McDonalds BOGO large sandwiches, Taco Bell Loaded Grillers and Crispy Potato Tacos, SoCO GYROS, 54th Street Grill, Salsiccia on Garlic Cheese Bread. Beginning of August went Vegan. Feel great and cleansed. Also quit smoking on 04/01/14. Wahoooo!!!
