I am cold and I am hungry all the time! Winter is off to a slow start for me!
151.9 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Winter is especially tough for weight loss. Try eating more homemade soups. Standing by the oven, making a soup, warms me up, so I make the process as long as possible. Some of my favorites.... Stringy chicken soup Thick veg soup Hearty beef soup Potato & leek soup Butternut and "biltong shavings" soup
