Every.single.time! I lose weight & get excited that I finally reached a certain weight....and I let myself indulge. Then I gain some back. Ugh! Plus, I only worked out once last week. BAD BAD BAD! Gotta kick my butt into shape this week. Don't want to get back what I worked so hard to lose!
