I think I did okay this week. I was hoping just to stay where I was--we had guests this week and went out to eat. I tried to pick healthy options, but sometimes you just don't know all that is in the food, which makes it hard to calculate points.
For next week, I hope to get back to walking more regularly and to be more vigilant about staying within the proper point range.
