No loss no gain, those are the results I love. The weekend was a good one. I tried out a new food, called Pasta Zero Spaghetti. It is a very low carb and low calorie spaghetti made out of Shitaki mushrooms. I covered it with Hunts Spaghetti sauce and ate the whole package. 2 servings! It made a big plate full and had about 9 net carbs for the whole plate. The only real heavy calories I had was the gr beef, 4 0z, I added to the sauce. It isn't just like spaghetti, it is a little chewier, but it was very satisfying and I was hungry for spaghetti, I haven't ate it in almost a year.
