Phew, back to this weight again. I've been on a 3-week bloat-fest journey, bounced up and down weight-wise, and I'm sure it was caused by stress and exhaustion, even though I ate well...well maybe I made too many poor choices! Back to calorie-counting, mega-clean eating and r&r for the school holidays.
