Slept 7.2hrs Bm yes Not feeling well today, chilled to the bone, shivering, and no energy. Still hungry though, but no ambition to cook. Thank-goodness I have freezer full of soup servings and porridge servings. Hope it passes, as I have lots I have to do tomorrow and Monday
