I am hungry now... I am keeping to 1000 Calories a day, but have increased my cardio. That has now caused me to be a lot more hungry than usual. More water :)
167.0 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
