I started looking to lose weight in November 2013 when I hit 215 lbs. For some reason between august 2013 and November I jumped 20 lbs without a change in diet or exercise. I joined a gym and tried cutting calories only, I managed to drop to 210 but have been bouncing between 205 and 210 since January. I started the LCHF diet (as best as I can)5/24/2014 I weighed myself at 205.8 on 5/30 I was 204.6
