Feeling better today. Gut pain has let up. Just need to go easy about eating. Made comfort food for hubby. He asked for some PA Dutch Pot Pie- so I got out the 1/2 frozen cooked turkey breast from Christmas and made 3 things with it. the Turkey Pot Pie, Turkey salad and sliced turkey for sandwiches. I also made him an apple cranberry cake. I did try some- but it is so sweet- really did not enjoy it. Left overs tomorrow for him. I want a salad with some of the turkey salad. Plan to be made to see my GI doctor after hubby's surgery. Did get more snow but only about 2 inches.
I need prayers for my daughter's husband. He was hospitalized for internal bleeding- his hemoglobin was 5.3- they do not know where he is bleeding. He has received 3 blood transfusions. upper and lower scopes for tomorrow. Not showing blood in any body fluids. Sounds like an abdominal aneurysm. Hoping they do a MRI with contrast. Thanks in advance for the prayers.
