Hello Pptear, how are you? I am Merry Mel. I have struggled all my life with weight loss. But this works for me hope it helps. Weigh once a week same time.( never wet as water carries). Eat a grapefruit before all meals and drink green tea. As the acid in a grapefruit will burn all your fat. Never food shop hungry as you eat too much. Get someone to hid all naughty foods from your cupboards and ( don't look fir them) Jim did that for me and I won't look for the left over stuff from Christmas. We are keeping it fir Easter. Never eat late at night. Try and have three meals a day. It's hard but achievable. Good luck Pptear Merry Mel. 🤩

Thank You Mel! I eat a lot of grapefruits, but usually after a meal or as a meal replacement. During the holidays I was home with my family, lots of home made goodies.
I should get back on track thank you for your support ☺️
