Gave myself a break this weekend for mother's day. Did not worry about what I ate...maybe not a good idea...luckily I only gained .5 lbs....so, my objective this week is to walk everyday for at least 30 minutes...I want to try and make up for my bad weekend.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
