I have this week before I go to New York to see my family. I would like to lose a few more pounds before Saturday, but with the holiday coming up(4th of July) I don't know. My friends invited my husband and I for a barbecue and then to watch fireworks. I will be trying my best--I also find exercising is helping a lot. I switch off between my treadmill and my bicycle and I do my ab lounger. Also drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.
