This is the damage just 1 day of bad eating can do! Pizza, beer, cake, ice-cream....I performed at a friend's funeral and then had a Halloween party....Now to undo the damage...
123.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ooh, my endometriosis has flared up and my abdomen is so bloated it's rock hard. Me thinks it was the undercooked, doughy pizza base.
